Refund policy

PawByLuca supports returns and exchanges within 30 days after customers receive the goods. Returned items must be unused, unopened, keep original packaging and in resalable condition. Damaged products caused by personal improper use, man-made damage and clearance sale items are not eligible for return and refund.

Please contact our customer service first to apply for return authorization. After we receive and inspect the returned product completely, we will arrange the refund to your original payment account within a reasonable business cycle.

Return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer unless the product has quality problems, wrong delivery or our responsible errors.
