All purchases on PawByLuca must be completed through the official supported payment methods. Customers shall ensure the payment account is valid and has sufficient balance to complete order payment.

You must provide accurate and true billing name, billing address, contact phone and payment information. Any loss caused by false billing information shall be borne by the user.

Once the order is paid and processed, it cannot be cancelled at will. If you need to cancel the order before shipment, please contact customer service for confirmation; partial handling fee may be deducted according to the actual situation.

We can provide official billing statement and relevant purchase records according to customer needs. All billing records are subject to the order information reserved by our system.

PawByLuca adopts secure payment channel encryption protection to ensure your billing and payment information will not be leaked. We will not store your complete payment card sensitive information.
